ZETA's core business is energy efficient, high indoor air quality and sustainable modular buildings. ZETA produces projects in our 91,000 square foot factory in Sacramento, CA, and utilizes state of the art equipment and lean manufacturing principles. Off-site construc- tion enables ZETA to complete projects with 80% less waste, a minimum of 50% faster construction timeframes, and with greater energy efficiency than conventional construction.

Transportation, Craning & Set

ZETA pre-screens and selects the most dependable and highest quality companies to provide our clients transportation, craning and module setting services for a just-in-time delivery. ZETA provides the coordination and management of these services.

On-site Construction Management

ZETA coordinates, manages and conducts the quality control/quality assurance for the installation of ZETA units with the on-site construction. ZETA can either work with the GC selected by the client, or recommend GCs for the on-site construction work, including foundation, installation and finish work.
