ZETA conducts a cursory feasibility analysis for each client, which includes a conceptual architectural proposal for modularizing the project components, initial cost estimate, and proposed schedule. If requested, ZETA can also provide a market assessment of the project in terms of projected market acceptance, absorption, pricing, and profitability.

Architecture & Engineering Support

ZETA provides modular engineering and architecture advisory services in support of our clients' project design and development. In addition to developers and public agencies, ZETA's clients include architects, engineers, GCs and other building professionals. ZETA's in-house team of modular engineers and architects work side-by-side with third-party architects and engineers as guides on the rules and parameters of modular design.

Building Sciences

Each client has an opportunity to work with ZETA's team of nationally renowned building scientists with specialties in net zero energy HVAC mechanical systems, modular structural engineering, electrical engineering, solar and other renewable energy systems, and high indoor air quality.

Sustainable Community Planning

With the involvement of ZETA's accomplished urban planners and real estate economists, ZETA is engaging with clients in the early phases of projects to assist with land use and site planning for achieving highly energy efficient urban infill and new master planned commu- nities. In addition, ZETA works with several nationally and internationally awarded sustain- able land planning firms who contribute to securing entitlements, designing sustainable infrastructure systems, preparing land use plans for private developers and public agencies, and developing sustainable landscape plans.
