This whole-systems approach means that architectural, mechanical and structural systems are designed together with better precision, fit and operational efficiency.

Fabricate

Direct factory flow assures material handling is minimized and build quality and efficiency is maximized. Using rigorous quality control standards and an independent inspection team to verify build quality at all levels, modules meet and exceed local building codes.

Ship

After modules are 80% completed in the factory with most finishes and fixtures installed, each one is shipped to the prepared building site.

Install

Sitework and foundations are completed in parallel to fabrication, reducing the overall project delivery time. Modules are carefully craned onto the finished site and quickly installed in the same day.

With precision engineering and fabrication techniques, each module fits securely together and adjacent walls and floors are carefully aligned.

ZETA's proprietary structural technology enables zero lot line installation through the use of seismic connections that are simply bolted together from underneath or within the structure.

Finish

Onsite, marriage walls are finished, utilities are connected and final touch-up completed.

Solar panels are installed and connected to the grid for production of clean, renewable energy to the units.

Monitor

ZETA's proprietary energy control and monitoring system optimizes energy performance and occupant thermal comfort. Occupants can also monitor, track, and adjust their energy usage for ongoing net zero energy performance.
